Skip to main content🎨 Figma (team feature)
Use a Figma personal access token so Coverage agent can read your files in Figma Mode and PRD + Figma Mode. The Integrations page shows a Figma card—click Configure the first time, or Update after you’ve saved credentials.
What you need
- Figma Access Token (team-level)
- A Figma file link with at least Can view access granted to the token identity
- Access to Settings → Integrations → Figma
Create a Figma access token
- In Figma, open your profile menu → Settings.
- Scroll to Personal access tokens and click Generate new token.
- Select the scopes file_content:read, file_metadata:read, and file_version:read.
- Give it a name (e.g., “Nota Coverage”), then copy the token shown once.
- Save the token securely; you cannot view it again.
Add the token in Nota
- Open Integrations in the left nav and select the Figma card.
- Paste the personal access token into the Figma Access Token field.
- Save. Coverage runs will use this token automatically—no environment variable or redeploy required.
🔁 Rotate regularly. If you regenerate the token in Figma, update the Figma Access Token field in Integrations to avoid fetch failures.
