📘 Confluence (team feature)

Connect Confluence with the Atlassian account email and API token that can access the spaces you want Nota to read. Use the Confluence card on the Integrations page—Configure the first time, Update any time you rotate credentials. Values are stored hex-encrypted once saved.

What you need

  • Confluence Email for the Atlassian account with access to the target space(s)
  • Confluence API Token generated for that account
  • Access to Integrations → Confluence in the left nav

Create a Confluence API token

  1. Sign in at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens.
  2. Click Create API token, name it (e.g., “Nota Confluence”), and confirm.
  3. Copy the token shown once. Keep it private; you cannot view it again.

Add credentials in Nota

  1. Open Integrations in the left nav and select the Confluence card.
  2. Enter your Confluence Email (the Atlassian login for the site you want Nota to reach).
  3. Paste the Confluence API Token you created.
  4. Save. Nota encrypts and stores both values—no environment variable or redeploy required.
🔄 If you rotate the API token, update the Confluence integration fields so agent runs keep their Confluence access.
